The photos quickly circulated on Reddit, sparking backlash from users who criticized Kim and Kanye West for allowing the procedure. Many argued that the procedure was inappropriate for a 12-year-old and expressed concern about pushing children to appear older than their age.

I’m all for allowing your children to express themselves and find their own style, but not this, not at 12.” Another added, “Why are they letting 12-year-olds look 25?
