
LONDON – King Charles has been lauded for his heartfelt support of Ozzy Osbourne’s family following the legendary singer’s death in July. Sharon Osbourne and their children, Jack and Jelly, shared their appreciation for the monarch’s gesture during a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast.
Jack revealed, “We got a lovely letter from the King,” while Sharon described Charles as “an amazing person,” highlighting that his compassion extends beyond their family to countless others. She praised the cancer-stricken monarch for being attuned to the challenges faced by everyday people, as well as his care for animals and the environment.

Sharon also noted that this was not the first time King Charles reached out to the Osbournes; he had contacted them in 2003 when Ozzy suffered a serious motorbike accident. His ongoing concern has clearly left a lasting impression on the family.
Ozzy Osbourne passed away at the age of 76 from a heart attack, having battled multiple health issues in his later years. He was laid to rest in Birmingham, England, on July 30. The Osbourne family reflected on the global outpouring of support they received following his death, with King Charles’ letter being a standout gesture.
