
SAO PAULO – Kanye West is under investigation in Brazil after authorities warned he could face charges of racism and morality offenses if he performs a controversial Hitler-themed track during his upcoming concert. The rapper is scheduled to perform in São Paulo on November 29.
The São Paulo State Prosecutor’s Office confirmed receiving a formal complaint about West ahead of the show. Officials are reportedly considering legal action should he perform the track Heil Hitler, which has sparked outrage due to its antisemitic content.

West recently met with Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, where he acknowledged past offensive comments and expressed a willingness to take responsibility. “I feel really blessed to be able to sit here with you today and just take accountability,” he said, attributing some of his behavior to struggles with bipolar disorder.
The rapper’s controversial statements and actions have been ongoing since 2022, spanning social media, public appearances, and his music and fashion projects. Local authorities in São Paulo are closely monitoring the situation ahead of the high-profile concert.
