Three people were killed and seven others injured after a gas cylinder explosion ripped through a house in Lahore’s Harbanspura area, rescue officials informed. Among the wounded are six women, three of whom are in critical condition and receiving treatment at a local hospital. The deceased were identified as 55-year-old Azra, 19-year-old Aftab, and two-year-old Saim. According to initial police findings, the explosion may have occurred after gas accumulated in the house due to a stove valve left open. Rescue teams and police examined the site soon after the incident and continued relief and clearance operations. An investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the blast.
