The Commissioner, Karachi Division has in exercise of powers under section 144 (6) Cr. P.C, imposed complete ban on the sale, distribution, and installation of illegal vehicle accessories (including tinted windows, unauthorized green number plates, pressure horns, revolving lights, hooters, flashlights, and sirens), within the local limits of Karachi Division, for a period of 02 months w.e.f. 29.10.2025 to 28.12.2025.
The Station House Officers (SHOs) of concerned Police Stations are authorized to register complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing against the violation of Section 144 Cr.PC.
The Commissioner, Karachi Division has in exercise of powers under section 144 (6) Cr. P.C imposed complete ban on littering, throwing of garbage, solid waste, dumping of debris and other materials into the Nullahs of Karachi Division by waste pickers, scavengers, recyclers or any individual/ person for a period of 02 months w.e.f 05.11.2025 to 04.01.2026. The Station Head Officers (SHOs) of concerned Police Stations are authorized to register complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing against the violation of Section 144 cr. PC.
