Ali Tareen critique was on PSL management, not league

Multan Sultans have clarified that Ali Tareen’s criticism targeted PSL management, not the league itself. The franchise congratulated the Pakistan Cricket Board on securing a new title sponsor. They expressed their full commitment to work closely with the board and league officials. Moreover, the team emphasized that the Pakistan Super League remains a valuable national asset. They highlighted the importance of cooperation and unity for the growth of cricket in Pakistan.

The franchise explained that their suggestions aim to create a professional structure with transparency and collaboration. They want the league to be stronger, fairer, and more competitive. In addition, they stressed that their goal is to make PSL a platform for talented players. They believe transparency will build trust among players, fans, and stakeholders. Therefore, they presented constructive solutions to improve league management.

Previously, PSL CEO Salman Naseer said that he cannot defame the league like Ali Tareen. He emphasized that disagreements should be resolved privately. Moreover, Naseer stated that family-like issues within the league should remain behind closed doors. He also praised the league’s management for maintaining professionalism. His remarks highlighted the importance of unity for the league’s reputation and growth.

The Multan Sultans affirmed respect for the PSL administration and its decisions. They urged all stakeholders to resolve disputes calmly and professionally. Furthermore, they stressed that internal matters should not affect the league’s image. The franchise also congratulated the management for securing the title sponsor. They reiterated that the PSL deserves full support from all franchises, players, and fans.
