KARACHI – Police arrested a domestic worker accused of stealing millions of rupees worth of valuables, including cash, foreign currency, and gold biscuits, from his employer’s home, Dunya News reported on Thursday.
According to Sahil Police, the arrest was made after a woman filed a complaint stating that her domestic help, who had been working in her house for eight years, had stolen large amounts of cash and valuables.

During interrogation, the suspect confessed to the theft and revealed that he had purchased vehicles and properties using the stolen money and gold.
Police said the investigation has been expanded to examine the suspect’s bank accounts and financial records, adding that more startling revelations are expected as the probe continues.
