6 terrorists killed in operation against Fitna al-Hindustan in Balochistan

Published on: October 23, 2025 1:57 AM

Security forces carried out a successful counter-terrorism operation in Dalbandin, Balochistan, eliminating six terrorists associated with an Indian-backed group known as Fitna Al-Hindustan.

According to security sources, the operation was part of ongoing efforts to eradicate terrorist networks and restore peace across the province. The group’s formation has now been dismantled, marking a significant blow to its activities in the region.

In a horrifying act of brutality in Mir Ali, terrorists affiliated with Fitna-al-Khawarij set ablaze a vehicle carrying local residents after the victims reportedly refused to pay extortion money.

According to local sources, militants doused the vehicle with petrol and set it on fire to spread terror in the area. The brutal act left six innocent civilians burned alive inside the car.

Security forces immediately cordoned off the area and launched a large-scale search operation to track down the Fitna-al-Khawarij elements involved in the attack. Officials said intelligence-based operations were underway to eliminate the group’s presence in the region.

District Police Officer (DPO) Waqar Ahmed Khan confirmed the incident, stating that all six occupants of the vehicle were burned to death. The bodies were completely charred and could not be identified immediately. Samples have been sent for forensic analysis to ascertain their identities.

Residents of Mir Ali condemned the barbarity, urging the government to rid the area of the Fitna-al-Khawarij menace once and for all. “What kind of Islam or jihad justifies burning innocent people alive over personal grudges?” locals questioned, calling the act a crime against humanity.

Separately, security forces carried out a successful operation against Khawarij militants in Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the sources, the operation-based on intelligence reports-targeted a cave in the Shahi Tangi forest, where the Khawarijs had established hideouts and tunnels. Security forces successfully eliminated these hideouts during the operation.

An intense exchange of fire took place, resulting in the killing of one Khawarij, while others were injured and managed to flee the area.

The operation also led to the recovery of weapons, explosives, and communication equipment used by the militants. The surrounding area, including the tunnel network, was thoroughly cleared by the forces.

Pakistan’s security forces reaffirmed their commitment to eradicating terrorism-particularly India-sponsored threats-in line with the national counter-terrorism initiative, Azm-e-Istehkam.

Two cops martyred in Noshki gun attack

Two police officers were martyred on Wednesday when unidentified assailants opened fire on them in Balochistan’s Noshki district.

The incident took place near the Eastern Bypass, where armed men targeted police personnel on routine patrol duty.

Police officials confirmed that both officers died on the spot due to multiple gunshot wounds. The attackers managed to flee the scene following the shooting.

The bodies of the martyred officers were shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for medico-legal procedures.

Security forces have cordoned off the area, and a search operation has been launched to trace the attackers.
