The Punjab government has expanded its cabinet, with former Punjab Assembly Speaker Rana Muhammad Iqbal and Manshaullah Butt taking oath as provincial ministers.
Meanwhile, Member of the National Assembly Anusha Rehman has been appointed Senior Adviser to the Chief Minister. The Punjab cabinet now comprises 19 ministers, five special assistants and four advisers. Rana Muhammad Iqbal is a seasoned politician from PP-184 (Kasur-X), previously serving as Speaker of the Punjab Assembly. Mansha Ullah Butt represents PP-123 (Sialkot-III) and is affiliated with PML-N.
Anusha Rehman is a Member of the National Assembly; her role as Senior Adviser to the CM will position her to influence provincial policies, though she is not being sworn in as a minister.
