
RAWALPINDI — The indictment proceedings against PTI founder Imran Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan, in the November 26 protest case have been postponed until tomorrow.
The hearing was held before Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Amjad Ali Shah in connection with a case registered at Sadiqabad Police Station.
Aleema Khan’s request for a one-day exemption from court appearance was accepted, leading the court to adjourn the proceedings until October 14.

During the session, the arrest warrants for accused Atif Riaz were cancelled following his appearance. The court also issued notices summoning Aleema Khan and other accused to ensure their presence at the next hearing.
The ATC judge directed that all accused will be formally indicted in the upcoming session.
