ISLAMABAD – Pakistan has expressed deep concern over what it called unprovoked aggression by the Afghan Taliban and allied terrorist groups along the Pak-Afghan border on the night of October 11–12.
In a strong statement, the Foreign Office said Pakistan had exercised its right to self-defence, successfully repelling the assaults and inflicting heavy losses on the attackers in terms of men, weapons, and infrastructure used for cross-border strikes.
