CAIRO – Egypt will host an international summit in Sharm el-Sheikh on Monday to finalize a peace agreement aimed at ending the Gaza war, the Egyptian presidency announced on Saturday.
More than 20 world leaders, including U.S. President Donald Trump, are expected to attend.
The summit follows a U.S.-brokered ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, which came into effect on Friday after two years of devastating conflict that killed thousands in Gaza.
