A close associate of the notorious Ladi Gang was killed late last night during an armed encounter with police in the jurisdiction of Kala Police Station. The deceased, identified as Umar alias Umar Khosa, was a wanted and record-holder criminal involved in several heinous crimes.
According to details, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Kala Police Station, along with his team, was conducting routine patrolling and crime prevention duties near Kachi Canal Kochha Ko Kari Road when three armed men riding a motorcycle were spotted.
