Pakistan and Syria have agreed to strengthen cooperation in trade, agriculture, and technology to support mutual growth and development. During a meeting in Islamabad, Minister for National Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain and Syrian Ambassador Dr. Ramez Alraee discussed ways to deepen ties. Hussain highlighted the historical, cultural, and religious connections between the two nations. He stressed that this shared foundation could lead to more meaningful collaboration across multiple sectors. Both sides expressed a strong desire to build long-term partnerships.
The meeting focused heavily on agriculture, food security, and modern farming practices. Minister Hussain said Pakistan was ready to share its experience and technology with Syria.
