CBD Punjab CEO reviews progress on NSIT City

Imran Amin, the CEO of The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), visited flagship project of the authority Pakistan’s largest and premier IT City, CBD NSIT City. The project is moving forward in line with the authority’s vision of building sustainable infrastructure that will transform Punjab into a hub of technology and business excellence.

During the visit CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin, was accompanied by senior officials including Executive Director Technical Riaz Hussain, Director Project Management, Asif Iqbal, Director Construction Asif Babar, Director Engineering, Omar Hayat, Project Manager,Yasir Saifullah, Project Manager Nespak,Jamshed Janjua and project contractors.

CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, visited construction of Celestia IT & Office Tower, Package 1,2,3 and reviewed the ongoing progress.He expressed satisfaction on the work pace and instructed to maintain high quality construction practices.Sharing updates on the IT City’s development, CBD Punjab’s Executive Director Technical, Riaz Hussain, stated that nearly 80 percent of the drainage system has been completed. Development works across Packages I, II, and III are actively progressing, with the water-bound layer being laid across major sections. He further added that asphalt carpeting will begin on Circular Road I and Circular Road II in the current month. The Celestia IT & Office Tower, under construction within the Silicon Block of CBD NSIT City, has also achieved remarkable progress, with 65 percent of its structural and finishing works completed.

During the visit CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said, CBD NSIT City is a new chapter in the development of Punjab. This project is progressing in alignment with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz and it’s our duty to complete this project.

With consistent progress and timely execution, CBD Punjab continues to set new benchmarks in urban development, foster economic opportunities, and pave the way for a technologically empowered future for Punjab and Pakistan.
