Harry Styles is set to begin construction on his £30 million mega-mansion in north London next month. The huge renovation will combine two luxury homes into one grand estate.
The project, located in Hampstead, faced long delays due to strict conservation rules and environmental concerns. However, Styles secured planning approval in April and is now ready to move forward.
The estate will feature four bedrooms, a gym, a cinema, an art gallery, and staff quarters. To reduce disruption, Styles pledged to use electric machinery and acoustic enclosures during work.
Environmental surveys delayed the project earlier this year. Experts highlighted fox holes, pigeon nests, and possible bat activity. If bats are confirmed, construction would require a special licence to proceed.
Styles has also joined forces with his celebrity neighbour, Cat Deeley, to address residents’ concerns. Both stars distributed leaflets and promised to coordinate construction to minimise noise and disruption.
When completed in 2027, the development will become one of London’s most luxurious celebrity homes. The project reflects Styles’ strong connection to the city, where he continues to grow as a cultural icon.
