PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has stressed the urgent need for Pakistan and India to work together to combat terrorism, climate change, and inequality. Speaking on X (formerly Twitter), he described peace as a shared goal for both nations and urged youth to lead the way forward.
He emphasized that the younger generation in both countries holds the power to break historical patterns of hostility. According to Bilawal, it is time to move beyond hatred and war and build a future based on cooperation and peaceful coexistence.
The PPP leader made it clear that he is not afraid to present his views to the Indian media or public. He expressed confidence in the new generation’s ability to resist war-driven narratives and choose a path of prosperity.
Earlier, while speaking at an international conference titled Pakistan’s Role in the Global War Against Terrorism, Bilawal called on the global community to stand by Pakistan. He highlighted the country’s sacrifices in fighting terrorism, noting that over 92,000 lives have been lost.
He also raised concern over modern digital propaganda, calling it a new and complex challenge. Bilawal warned that this digital misinformation is weakening global counter-terrorism efforts and needs serious international attention.
As Pakistan continues to play a key role on the global front, Bilawal’s message served as a reminder that collaboration, especially between neighbors, is essential to face today’s biggest global challenges.
