Iran’s Revolutionary Guards claimed on Monday that they used advanced tactics to disrupt Israel’s air defense systems. They said the attack was part of the eighth and most powerful phase of their ongoing military operation against Israel. The new strategy made Israel’s own systems mistakenly target one another.
According to Iran’s media and Turkish broadcaster Anadolu, Iran used modern weapons and intelligent guidance systems. These tools confused Israel’s layered missile defense network, causing chaos. Iran said that, despite Western support for Israel, most of its missiles hit key military targets.
The Revolutionary Guards called the strike a promise fulfilled to their martyred commanders. They declared that the attack showed how wrong Israel and its allies were in their military planning. Iran warned that more focused and destructive strikes will continue until what they called the “fake Zionist state” is completely dismantled.
Monday’s attack killed and injured dozens of people in Israel. It followed Israel’s air assault on Friday that struck Iran’s nuclear and missile centers. That earlier raid also killed senior Iranian military officers and scientists, which sharply increased tensions.
Now, both countries are locked in a dangerous cycle of attack and retaliation. As their conflict deepens, global concerns are rising about the possibility of a full-scale regional war. Yet both sides continue their military campaigns, ignoring calls for peace from the international community.
