A 13-year-old boy died after he was brutally tortured by a factory owner in limits of Islampura Police Station in Lahore on Saturday. Waqas was an employee in the factory and for some unknown reason he was beaten black and blue which ended his life. According to the FIR, the factory owner Saleem and his son along with other workers tortured Waqas which resulted into his death. A case of murder was registered at the Islampura police station and five persons, including the factory owner, have been named in the FIR. The sections relating to murder and attempted murder have been added to the FIR.
