Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan has been a game changer for Bollywood and is the only film this year to become a blockbuster hit at the box office. Although it has been months since the release of the movie, the Pathan fever refuses to die down. An artist from West Bengal’s Asansol’s Mohishila Colony has now produced a life-size wax statue of Shah Rukh’s Pathan’ avatar. The life-size wax statue took the artist Sushant Roy two laborious months to complete; the finished object is now kept in his own museum in Asansol. Hundreds of fans flocked to the location to take photographs with the wax replica of the celebrity as the statue was introduced to the public. Sushant reportedly revealed that Pathaan was his ninth masterpiece and that he had previously created countless statues of Bollywood actors. Vidhan Upadhyay, the mayor of Asansol, officially unveiled the statue. He anticipates that the statue would draw more tourists to Asansol. SRK will next be seen in Atlee’s Jawan alongside Nayanthara; Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra. Apart from this, he also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki with Taapsee Pannu.
