KARACHI: An accountability court (AC) in Karachi has handed over Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) Chairman Anwar Ahmad Yousufzai to NAB on one-day remand. Anwar Ahmad was presented before the AC on Friday. The counsel for NAB told the court that a case of corruption and misuse of powers was registered against Anwar in Hyderabad and he is to be produced before the court there. Therefore, the counsel requested for his remand. The court accepted the plea and handed over the accused to NAB on one-day remand.
