PESHAWAR: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) commenced its anti-corruption train march from Peswhawar Railway Station on Wednesday. JI chief Sirajul Haq is leading the march. Talking to the party supporters at the railway station, he said corruption and Pakistan cannot go side by side. He alleged that the government institutions and the existing laws have failed to curb corruption. “If corruption is not eliminated, we will besiege corridors of power. Immediate accountability of corrupt elements is a must,” he stressed.
