ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to collect outstanding dues of Rs 6 billion from the citizens against auctioned commercial plots. According to media reports, CDA put to auction 139 commercial plots from 2008 – February 2017 in different sectors of Islamabad . The prices of these plots varied due to their size and locality. D-12 Markaz commercial plot was sold at the cost of Rs 86000 per yard while the most expensive plot was auctioned at F-11 Markaz at around Rs 0.730 per yard.
