
ISLAMABAD: The Indian forces on Sunday reportedly fired upon the helicopter of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider flaying atop of Pakistan’s airspace near Line of Control (LoC).
According to the details, the AJK prime minister had been travelling to express condolences a familiarity when India forces opened fire upon his helicopter near Turwari.
As per law, it is mandatory for both the countries to inform the each other beforehand about the mobility of military aircrafts. The law, however, is not a condition for the movement of civil helicopters or aircrafts.
The helicopter was instantly landed when Indian forces fired upon it. Luckily no humanitarian loss occurred during the action.
AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider criticized Indian forces for their incompetency and coward behavior for firing on a civil helicopter.
