A total of seven domestic and international flights had been canceled while several flights had been delayed at the Allma Iqbal International Airport. According to airport sources, Air Blue flight PA-410 from Lahore to Dubai and PA-411 from Dubai to Lahore were canceled. Similarly, FlyDubai flight FZ-359 from Dubai to Lahore and FZ-360 from Lahore to Dubai were also affected. Sources further informed that Saudi Arabian Airlines flight SV-732 from Jeddah to Lahore and SV-733 from Lahore to Jeddah were also canceled. Similarly, Fly Jinnah flight 9P-842 from Karachi to Lahore could not operate due to affected operations. On the other hand, Fly Dubai flight 9P-500 to Sharjah was delayed by about 8 hours and 15 minutes, while Air Blue flight PA-412 to Sharjah departed one and a half hours late. Similarly, flight KE-582 to Bishkek was also delayed by one and a half hours. According to the airport administration, reasons for the delay and cancellation are technical issues, however, steps are being taken to provide convenience to the passengers.
