Court grants relief to YouTuber Ducky Bhai

Published on: April 23, 2026 10:00 PM

A Lahore court has granted significant relief to YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in an ongoing legal case. The development came during a hearing at a district court regarding his inclusion in the passport control list. The case is linked to allegations involving the promotion of online betting applications.

Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watoo heard the case where the accused, including Ducky Bhai, appeared in court. They marked their attendance during the proceedings. The case is being investigated by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

During the hearing, NCCIA submitted a report stating that Ducky Bhai’s name had been removed from the Passport Control List. The agency explained that his name was initially added due to non-cooperation during early stages of investigation. However, it was later removed after he joined the investigation process.

Investigators informed the court that they now had no objection to removing his name from the travel restriction list. They also said a formal request had been sent to the relevant deputy director for approval. The recommendation supports his removal from the monitoring list.
