During the hearing, NCCIA submitted a report stating that Ducky Bhai’s name had been removed from the Passport Control List. The agency explained that his name was initially added due to non-cooperation during early stages of investigation. However, it was later removed after he joined the investigation process.
Investigators informed the court that they now had no objection to removing his name from the travel restriction list. They also said a formal request had been sent to the relevant deputy director for approval. The recommendation supports his removal from the monitoring list.
