According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office, Sharif sent a letter to Mojtaba Khamenei expressing warm congratulations. He also conveyed condolences on the martyrdom of Ali Khamenei, who reportedly died after coordinated strikes by the United States and Israel. Sharif said the loss deeply saddened the people of Pakistan and emphasized that the country stands firmly with Iran during this difficult period.
