The minister stated that the festival was organized under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to provide meaningful Ramadan relief. Participating brands are offering discounts exceeding 20 percent on essential food and household items. Authorities emphasized that the initiative aims to reduce financial pressure on families during the holy month.

Moreover, the Ramadan Festival operates entirely under a public-private partnership model, ensuring that no funds are drawn from the government treasury. More than 165 stalls are offering quality food products and daily-use goods at reduced rates. Officials highlighted that voluntary discounts by industry partners form the backbone of this relief initiative.
