The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) expressed appreciation for the growing public trust in the platform, which allows citizens to obtain identity documents and related services digitally.
“Pak-ID has significantly improved access to identity-related services and enhanced digital convenience across the country,” NADRA said in a statement. The authority highlighted that more than six million citizens obtained identity documents through the app in 2025, reflecting increasing reliance on digital government services.
Citizens are encouraged to make full use of Pak-ID to avoid long waits and queues at NADRA centres. Those unable to use the app themselves are advised to visit nearby e-Sahulat centres or use self-service counters available at NADRA offices.
Officials said the growing adoption of Pak-ID underscores the platform’s role in streamlining registration processes and supporting Pakistan’s broader push toward digitalisation of public services.
“The increasing use of Pak-ID demonstrates citizens’ trust in digital services and the convenience of accessing government services from anywhere,” the statement added.
