NADRA invites applications for key positions in Islamabad and Gilgit Baltistan

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced openings for several important positions at its offices in Islamabad and Gilgit Baltistan. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by 21st December 2025. These roles aim to strengthen NADRA’s operations across customer services, vigilance, and quality management.

One of the vacancies is for Assistant Superintendent (Customer Services Executive) in Islamabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and fluency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of additional regional languages is considered an advantage.

The position of Deputy Director (Vigilance) is available in Gilgit Baltistan. This role requires leading vigilance operations, monitoring sensitive activities, ensuring compliance with NADRA regulations, and supporting risk mitigation measures. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong analytical judgment, effective coordination with stakeholders, and the ability to manage field and office operations discreetly.

Additionally, NADRA is hiring a Director (Quality Management) in Islamabad. The position entails overseeing software quality assurance, reviewing system requirements, monitoring quality metrics, implementing testing improvements, and coordinating with development and operations teams. The director will also conduct audits, prepare reports for management, and manage QA teams in complex testing environments.

Candidates meeting the criteria for these roles are urged to submit their applications before the 21st December 2025 deadline. These appointments reflect NADRA’s ongoing commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services across the country.
