The proceedings were conducted by Special Judge Amjad Ali Shah, who heard arguments on Khan’s pleas seeking bail in the six related cases.

However, due to the absence of case records, detailed arguments could not be presented. The court subsequently adjourned the hearing until November 6, directing authorities to submit the full case record before the next session.
It is worth mentioning that bail has already been granted to all other accused in the same cases, including Bushra Bibi, the former first lady. One of the cases pertains to the murder of a police constable from Nasirabad Police Station during the protest.
