
Security forces in Bannu conducted a successful intelligence-based operation, killing terrorist commander Tariq Kachi and his associate Hakeem alias Tiger in the Mughal Kot sector.
According to officials, Indian-origin weapons were recovered from the site. The group led by Kachi had been involved in terror attacks and extortion for the past two years. Kachi was also known to facilitate terrorist activities inside Pakistan from Afghanistan.

Earlier this week, four other terrorists were killed after security forces foiled a suicide attack on the Khadi check post in Mir Ali, where three women and two children lost their lives.
Sources revealed that the Gul Bahadur group, backed by the Afghan Taliban, claimed responsibility for the attack. Security officials reaffirmed their resolve to eliminate terrorism and protect citizens from cross-border threats.
