‘Israel crossed all limits’: Qatar Emir’s stark warning at Arab-Islamic summit

Published on: September 15, 2025 7:27 PM

Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani condemned Israel for crossing all limits in crimes against humanity. He spoke at the emergency Arab-Islamic Summit in Doha. The Emir welcomed Islamic leaders and stressed the urgent need to resolve the Palestinian issue to ensure peace in the Middle East. He strongly criticized Israel’s attack on Hamas negotiators in Qatar, calling it a violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and regional stability.

Sheikh Tamim accused Israel of sabotaging peace efforts by targeting Hamas leadership and committing genocide against Palestinians. He described Israel’s actions as serious breaches of international law and warned that its expansionist policies threaten regional peace. The Emir also dismissed Israel’s claims regarding the peaceful release of hostages as false.

Meanwhile, Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit urged the global community to hold Israel accountable for war crimes. He stressed the importance of raising voices against Israeli terrorism and genocide in Palestine. Iraq’s Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al Sudani also called on the world to end its double standards and condemned Israel’s violations of international law.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi thanked Qatar for convening the summit and warned that Israel has crossed all red lines. He emphasized that Israel must be held accountable under the UN Charter and international law for crimes against humanity. El-Sisi added that Israel’s actions deliberately destroy regional peace and that justice must prevail.

The summit brought together Arab and Islamic leaders amid escalating tensions and ongoing violence in Gaza. The leaders united in condemning Israel’s attacks and demanded immediate international action to restore peace and uphold justice in the region.
