Music maestro set to launch ‘Strepsils Stereo’ Season 3

Published on: October 11, 2020 10:27 AM

Strepsils Stereo, country’s first and the only acappella platform, came forth as a breath of fresh air amidst an industry that has become attuned to refreshing old classics.

Acappella is a music niche where no instruments are used and all sounds are made from the sounds of the mouth, voice or hands.

Launched in the year 2017, now has seven songs under the umbrella over the course of last two seasons which was produced by Ali Noor, the lead singer of Noori. Both season 1 and 2 received love from fans across the country and garnered several accolades including Effies and Spikes Asia for its novelty.

The brand is now ready to launch its third season with the music maestro, Shuja Haider, producing and composing the songs. Talking about this new challenge, Haider said, ‘Over the last few years, with the exposure of international music, the local audience has turned away from the monotony in our local music industry. With Strepsils Stereo, we are very clear that this cliché is not the road we will take. Acappella is a difficult but a road less travelled. I am working with some of the most talented artists from across Pakistan, none that you have heard before, and we are brewing a season that will provide a fresh and a sensory experience’

Singer-songwriter, composer and music director, Shuja Haider, has a black belt in music production with some very popular tracks under his name such as the very famous Tera Woh Pyaar, Khaaki Banda, Sab Jag Soye, Mehbooba, and some very famous OSTs for Mann Mayal, Baghi and Alif. He has also worked on the music of some hit films like Khuda Kay Liye and Bol.

He has invested years in the industry, lending his voice and creating music, loved by millions not within the country but across borders. So when you know that this maestro is at work, good music is bound to happen. We are all super excited for Strepsils Stereo Season 3 and we wish Haider all the best for this new challenge!
