Meanwhile, at least 14 people including women and children were injured when roof of a two-storey building collapsed due to heavy rain here on Thursday. Rescue sources said that dilapidated roof of a two-storey building located in Kakar Gil area of Farooqabad in district Sheikhupura suddenly came down as heavy rain lashed the area during last 24 hours. As a result, 14 people including nine children and five women were trapped and injured. The Rescue 1122 teams after an operation of over two hours pulled out the injured after removing the debris and shifted them to local hospital for treatment.
