KARACHI: Following the announcement of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan massive Raiwind march along with other party associates on September 30 the party members are all set for the convoy to hit the road. Talking to the Daily Times, MNA Dr. Arif Alvi said that PTI workers in Karachi and other parts of the province have started preparations for an impressive march to Raiwind. The PTI lawmaker said the convoy, comprising all kinds of road vehicles, will start its journey on September 24 from Karachi and will be joined in along the way by marchers from Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Khairpur, Ghotki, Larkana and others. He also said that a general invitation has been extended to all political and religious parties, while the civil society groups and media are also expected to join in large numbers from every nook and corner. PTI leader told. Talking to the Daily Times, PTI Karachi region President Firdos Shamim Naqvi hoped media would continue to play its important role in bringing in an end to PML-Nawaz misgovernance. He said PTI Karachi workers will finalize arrangements in a meeting next week for a convoy of a minimum 10 buses, cars and hundreds of other vehicles to reach Lahore on September 29, a day before the Raiwind congregation.
