Sir: I am an account holder of UBL, Deh Noonari Branch, Dadu and have a valid ATM card. Surprisingly and without my request, I got a call from my branch manager to collect new ATM card issued in my name. I have lodged online complaint with UBL Head office against this issuance but no contact has been made yet. I have not collected that ATM and I request the concerned authorities to kindly take notice non-professional attitude of your banking. ZAHIDA RUSTAMANI Dadu
