In this 21st Century, the term modernism has gained a lot of attention among youth. People from all over the world especially teens are in a great rush of becoming modern. They have an impact of being modern which is really attractive in their perspective. In the race of being modern, we’ve reached a point which is far away from modernism. Honestly speaking, this approach has somehow led to destruction. To adopt modernism and become modern all you need is to follow the definition of modernism. Our teenagers are very much following west and their trends. Wearing inappropriate clothes to using bad language, disrespecting people to disrespecting your own religion. This is what they call modernism and being cool. But stop! Stop here and read this to change your mindset in less than two minutes. Being modern is being more educated. Having a broad mindset with much informative things. Trying to learn every possible good thing and implementing it in daily life. But at the same time not forgetting the old traditions and customs. Modern culture is not western culture. Every culture becomes modern with time but copying someone else’s culture is ignorance and a sign of illiteracy. Always make sure that you represent your culture in a perfect way. It’s such a misconception that becoming modern means disrespecting parents. Shouting at elders. Making fun of teachers and all of this is definitely going to make me look cool and modern among everyone. No! You’re wrong. Instead you look cheap, ugly and disrespectful.
