Michelle Obama’s dazzling post-White house Fashion

Published on: May 17, 2019 8:08 PM

Michelle Obama, the former FLOTUS cannot stop galvanizing us with her remarkable array of attire on her book tour for her memoir, “Becoming.” She continues to shine and dazzles us with her post-White House Fashion.

She has already won us over with her selection of wardrobe while her husband was still President. More recently, Michelle has been on a world tour for her upcoming book- each event unveils her very classy yet edgy style. The former first lady likes to keep things sophisticated, but she doesn’t restrict herself around colors and bling. She vowed her audience with a sparkling $18k Millennial pink suit in Denmark and her thigh-high holographic, glittery boots in Brooklyn. Michelle chose a black sequin bustier and a royal purple suit attending the Atlanta, Georgia.

For a Q&A session at the State Farm Arena on May 11, the bestselling author wore a cushion silk crepe, two-piece suit in a deep purple shade with brass button detailing on the wrist, accentuated at the waist with a silk satin belt-a design by Sergio Hudson from fall 2019 collection.

I’m so thrilled to be in Europe this week! We kicked off our trip in Copenhagen, tonight we’re in Stockholm, and we’ll also make our way to Oslo, London, Paris, and Amsterdam. I’m so excited to visit these beautiful cities and can’t wait to hear the inspiring stories from so many new faces. And I want to keep hearing from all of you! What questions do you have? She paired her attire with dangling diamond earrings and black stilettos by Gianvito Rossi. Her custom black sparkly bustier was by Christy Rilling Studio who has been her personal tailor since 2009.

Michelle pulled off a spectrum of colors for her book tour. Now that she is a private citizen, Michelle’s sense of style just got bolder and it’s probably things she hesitated wearing during Barak Obama’s presidency. When it comes to style, the former first lady is unafraid to try new looks.

Which Michelle Obama look has been your favorite?
