Director Colleges Hyderabad Region, Professor Dr. Abdul Hameed Chanar, inaugurated the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant at the Ustad Bukhari Degree College, Dadu on Friday to supply clean and fresh water to the students. The director also visited different sections of the college and asked various questions from the students. He was satisfied from the attendance of the students and distributed some books among the students of intermediate class. Assistant Director Colleges Hyderabad Region, Pir Ghulam Rasool, also accompanied him during visit to the college. 30 villages disconnected due to flood in Nullah Nai Gaj The road joining some 30 villages in Kacho Area with Wahi Pandhi Town and Dadu City was disconnected, on Friday, after a flood in Nullah Nai Gaj due to heavy rains in the Kirthar Mountains. It was reported that a lot of houses, located in low-lying areas of Kirthar Mountains, submerged due to overflow of water in the nullah. Published in Daily Times, August 18th 2018.
