HYDERABAD: Two independent candidates Lala Lajpat Bheel and Dr Sikander Samejo announced on Tuesday to withdraw in favour Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate in district Tharparkar on PS 55 and PS 56 constituencies respectively.
Lala Lajpat Bheel who earlier announced to quite Pakistan People’s Party for not awarding him a ticket have turned back with support PPP candidate. Mr. Bheel also served as the PPP’s general secretary for Tharparkar tahsil Nangarparkar and was also elected as the district council member.
Mr. Bheel announced his withdrawal during his address to public gathering held at village Bhalwa of Nanagrparkar tehsil in the presence of PPP Senator Eng. Gianchand, Qasim Soomro candidate for PS-55, Pir Noor Mohammad Shah Jeelani candidate NA- 221, Faqir Sher Mohamamd Bilalani candidate PS-56, Nandlal Malhi among others.
Addressing the public gathering Lala Lajpat Bheel said that he is visionary and loyal activist of People’s Party and he had put his reservation in democratic way. He truly owns the decision of party and stand with all candidates contesting in Tharparkar.
While other party leaders welcomed Lala Lajpat Bheel and vowed to fight jointly against opponents in general election.
On the other hand, independent candidate Dr Sikander Samejo announced to withdraw in favor of Qasim Soomro candidate PS-55 Tahrparkar II in village Sakrio in presence of their community elders Mohammad Ameen Samejo, Wali Samejo among others.
