Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khalid Hussain Rizvi Tuesday unveiled the list of party candidates for upcoming general elections, scheduled for July 25.
According to the list, 571 TLP candidates will contest elections from the platform of the TLP.
While speaking at the Meet the Press at the Karachi Press Club, the TLP chief expressed hope that his party would bring a positive change in Pakistan.
He added, “We have not taken a single penny from anyone for election campaign.”
Highlighting the role of women in elections, Rizvi urged women to cast their votes and play their key role in the election process.
Rirvi also said, “The sermon of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is the complete constitution and we need to get guideline from that”.
