Tortured body found

SHIKARPUR: A tortured body of youth was recovered on Tuesday from a street of Hakra Mohalla in Shikarpur.

According to a report, locals informed the police about a body lying in a street, which arrived and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital in Shikarpur for medico-legal formalities. The doctors identified him as 26-year-old Khursheed Ahmed, a resident of Latif Shah Mohalla.

The deceased worked as a generator mechanic.

Meanwhile, the police started investigation to resolve mystery of the blind murder while the body was handed over to his family.
