
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will spend another night in Jodhpur Central Jail as his bail hearing was adjourned till Saturday. On Friday, District and Sessions Court Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi adjourned Khan’s bail hearing in a 1998 black-buck poaching case to Saturday.
While Salman’s sisters Alvira and Arpita are present at the court, his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan are on their way to Jodhpur.
On the Thursday, the 52 year old actor was sentenced to five years in prison for killing two black-bucks in 1998, with a penalty of Rs 10,000. While, Salman’s co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and black-bucks Bendre, who reportedly accompanied him on the hunt on the night of October 1-2, 1998, were given the benefit of doubt and acquitted. All of them were camping in Jodhpur at that time for the shooting of “Hum Saath Saath Hain”. However, the council is arguing for an early trial.
