Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has announced that its flagship mobile platform, Adamjee Life Digital, has surpassed 100,000 downloads, marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey and highlighting the growing acceptance of digital insurance services among Pakistani consumers.

As digital banking, mobile wallets, and online commerce continue to reshape customer behavior across Pakistan, insurance is increasingly becoming part of the country’s broader digital evolution. The achievement reflects a growing shift in how customers prefer to interact with financial services, with convenience, accessibility, and self service capabilities becoming key drivers of adoption.

Adamjee Life Digital was developed to provide customers with a seamless insurance management experience through a single platform. The app enables policyholders to access policy information, make payments, submit claims, and receive policy updates, schedule appointments, and ,securely access important documents anytime and anywhere.

In addition to policy servicing features, the platform also provides access to Takaful solutions and value added lifestyle benefits through Orbis Rewards, creating a more comprehensive digital experience for customers.

The milestone comes at a time when Pakistan’s digital ecosystem continues to expand rapidly. With increasing smartphone penetration, growing broadband connectivity, and rising adoption of digital financial services, customers are becoming more comfortable managing important aspects of their lives through mobile platforms.

Muhammad Iftikhar Javed, Director, Distribution, Marketing and Business Strategy, at Adamjee Life, said: “Reaching 100,000 downloads was more than a numerical milestone, it signaled the growing potential of InsurTech and the accelerating adoption of digital insurance services across Pakistan. As customers become increasingly digitally savvy, their expectations for convenient, accessible, and seamless financial services continue to evolve. Adamjee Life Digital App has redefined how customers interact with insurance by making essential services available anytime, anywhere. This achievement reinforces the rising demand for digital-first experiences and reflects our commitment to innovation and ESG-driven practices that create long-term value for our customers.”

The growth of Adamjee Life Digital underscores a broader transformation taking place across Pakistan’s insurance landscape, where technology is helping improve accessibility, transparency, and customer engagement. By enabling policyholders to manage essential services digitally, the platform supports a more connected and customer centric approach to insurance.
