Matric, intermediate exam results date announced in Sindh

The Sindh government has announced timelines for the release of matriculation and intermediate examination results, aiming to ensure that students receive their results in time for admissions to higher educational institutions.

The decision was made during a meeting of all educational boards chaired by Sindh Minister for Universities and Boards Ismail Rahoo. The meeting reviewed the conduct of annual matric and intermediate examinations across the province and assessed the progress of result compilation.

During the session, representatives of various educational boards briefed the minister on examination arrangements and activities within their respective divisions. Officials discussed measures to improve efficiency, transparency and the timely announcement of results.

According to the decisions taken at the meeting, matriculation results across all divisions of Sindh will be announced by July 10, while intermediate results will be released by July 31. Authorities emphasized the importance of adhering to these deadlines so that students can complete admission procedures for colleges and universities without unnecessary delays.

Speaking at the meeting, Ismail Rahoo directed educational boards to ensure that results are issued on schedule. He said timely declaration of examination outcomes is essential for facilitating students and helping them plan their academic futures.

The minister also reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to strengthening transparency, merit and efficiency within the examination system. He said the government would provide all necessary support to educational boards to improve their performance and maintain public confidence in the assessment process.

Officials further informed the meeting that results for Class 9 and Class 11 examinations are expected to be announced by August 31. Preparations for result compilation and verification are currently underway to ensure accuracy and fairness.

The announcement has provided clarity for thousands of students and their families across Sindh who are awaiting examination results. Education authorities hope the timely release of results will help streamline the admission process and reduce uncertainty for students preparing for the next stage of their education.
