
Russia’s Ministry of Defence has claimed that Ukrainian forces suffered heavy losses over the past week. It said around 8,010 personnel were killed or injured across multiple frontlines. The figures could not be independently verified.
According to the statement, the highest losses were reported in the central and eastern operational zones. Russian officials said several Ukrainian units faced sustained pressure during ongoing military operations. The report covered activity across multiple battlefield sectors.

In addition, Russia said it carried out large-scale strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure. Targets allegedly included defence industry sites, energy facilities, transport hubs, and ports. It also claimed to have hit drone production and storage locations.

Russian authorities further stated that their forces captured additional settlements during ongoing operations. They said advances continued across several directions on the front line. Ukraine has not confirmed these claims, and independent verification remains difficult.
