Arslan Ash relocates Japan to elevate esports career and global success

Published on: February 10, 2026 5:40 PM

Pakistan’s renowned Tekken world champion Arslan Ash has relocated to Japan to establish a primary base for his professional esports career and strengthen his competitive presence on the global stage. The decision follows his major international success in TEKKEN 7 and TEKKEN 8, marking a strategic shift in his long-term career planning.

According to official statements, Arslan Ash has signed partnership agreements with a Tokyo-based agency to manage his professional activities across the Asia Pacific region. Moreover, the agency will provide structured support in planning, coordination, and player management to help him compete at a higher level.

Despite moving his operational base, Arslan Ash will continue participating in international tournaments and remain actively connected with the global fighting game community. Furthermore, he plans to travel frequently between Pakistan and Japan to balance regional commitments with international exposure.

In his statement, the player expressed excitement about beginning a new chapter of his career and highlighted the limited lifespan of esports careers as a key reason behind the move. He also thanked his partners for supporting the transition and helping him access better professional opportunities.

Arslan Ash cited easier international travel, a safe training environment, and access to a high-quality competitive scene as major factors influencing his decision. In addition, he said Japan’s structured esports ecosystem offered stronger management and professional development.

Overall, the relocation is expected to help Arslan Ash focus on both personal and professional growth while competing at the highest level of global esports. Consequently, the move reflects Pakistan’s growing presence in international competitive gaming.
