On the occasion of Basant, the Punjab government is operating free bus service on 24 routes in Lahore. In this connection, 22 buses were operated on the 18-km route from Rana Town to Railway Station, while, seven buses were operated on the 9-km route from RA Bazaar to Chungi Amresadhu. Likewise, seven buses were provided on the 6-km route from Bhati Chowk to Shad Bagh Underpass, and seven buses were operated on the 13-km route from Depot Chowk to Chungi Amresadhu. While, 13 buses were operated on the 17-km route from Canal to Jinnah Bus Terminal. And eight buses were operated on the 8-kilometer route from Railway Station to Gulshan-e-Ravi Orange Line Station. Similarly, 12 buses were operated on the 11-kilometer track from Wahdat Road Station to Qurtaba Chowk, and 12 buses were operated on the 14-kilometer route from Main Market to Babu Sabu. Meanwhile, 13 buses were operated on the 12-kilometer track from RA Bazaar to Nasir Bagh, 10 buses were operated on the 16-kilometer route from Depot Chowk to Kalma Chowk. Furthermore, 32 buses were operated on the 24-kilometer route from Old Thana to RA Bazaar.
