
Security forces, police, and the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) killed at least 30 terrorists across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. High-profile commanders were among those eliminated. Operations targeted militants in Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, and Bannu.
Officials said 13 Indian-sponsored terrorists were neutralized in intelligence-based raids. The operations aimed to dismantle networks of foreign-backed militants threatening regional stability. Forces acted under strict directives to eliminate anti-peace elements.

In Lakki Marwat, ten terrorists, including commanders Niaz Ali, Abdullah alias Shponkoi, and Rasool alias Ariana, were killed. Three militants were killed in Dera Ismail Khan in a swift, targeted operation to prevent regrouping.
CTD and Peshawar Police killed 17 terrorists in Bannu, including three key commanders. Large quantities of arms and ammunition were recovered. Separate operations in Sherikhel, Nasr Khel, and Domail eliminated additional militants and arrested a facilitator.

KP Inspector General Zulfiqar Hameed vowed to continue the counterterrorism push until all terrorists are eliminated. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif warned of renewed proxy conflicts linked to cross-border militant networks.
